The five men who ranked the applicants for the new OFC Professional League
The Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) has named five independent experts who selected the eight clubs for the new OFC Professional League, launching in January 2026. The Club Licensing Committee, formed on June 13, 2025, includes Earl Cochrane, Noel Mooney, Mauro Barsi, Nilesh Sharma, and Charles Handler.
